So what does it mean to professionalize language? Here’s an example:

Before:

On April, 28 2012 was published in the Italian official journal the Legislative Decree April 16, 2012, no. 45 (the “Decree”) implementing the European Directive no. 2009/110/EC (“ELMI 2”) and amending prior EU legislation on electronic money.

After:

On April 28, 2012 Italy officially published Legislative Decree No. 45. The Decree, enacted on April 16, 2012, implements European Directive No. 2009/110/EC (“ELMI 2”), which amends prior EU legislation on electronic money.

The words are almost the same, but the sense-making experience is completely different. In business, it is important that you don’t “lose” you clients in a language that is unnecessarily complex. This requires writers who are absolutely secure in that industry, otherwise the confusion remains and may even cause greater damage. WilsonsWriters selects its writers based on a) sector experience b) writing quality and c) reliability.
